What is the 7-Day Pass?
A one-time purchase — not a subscription. Once activated, it unlocks every Scrap.io feature for 7 days and comes with its own export credits (100,000, 250,000 or 500,000).
When do my 7 days start?
Whenever you decide. Buying the pass doesn't start the clock: it sits in your account and only starts when you activate it.
How long do I have to activate my pass?
You can activate your pass any time within 12 months of purchase.
What does one credit equal?
One credit equals one establishment exported. Each establishment is counted only once during a 30-day period.
Why is the pass cheaper than the subscriptions?
Because pass credits are valid for 7 days only: once your pass is activated, you have 7 days to use them. That concentrated window is what makes this price possible.
Do I need a subscription to use the pass?
No. The pass works on its own: full features plus credits for 7 days. You can use Scrap.io with passes only, without ever subscribing.
Can I add the pass to an existing subscription?
Yes. If you already have a subscription, you can activate a pass on top of it: for 7 days, every feature is unlocked and the pass credits come in addition to your plan's credits.
What happens at the end of the 7 days?
Your account simply returns to its previous state, and the files you've downloaded are yours to keep.
Are unused credits carried over or refunded?
No. Pass credits are valid during the 7 days of the pass: unused credits expire when the pass ends. If you need more time or volume, stack another pass.
Can I buy several passes?
Yes, and they stack. Activate them one after another to chain full weeks, or at the same time to add up the credits. Each pass keeps its own 12-month activation window.
How do I receive my pass?
